eSeller Cloud operation status

Here we'll post tweets about issues, planned maintenance and other matters concerning eSeller Cloud operations.

Change in hosting provider

During October 2016 we will be changing the eSeller Cloud platform from Azure to Zitcom. The new platform is build on similar technology but offers a more robust setup with a higher level of redundancy. Additionally we will move to all SSD for all our storage needs which will translate into better performance.

The transation is gradual and some services have already been moved permanently to the new platform. We are in the process of testing the remaining parts and tweaking the setup to ensure that we squeeze every little bit of additional performance out. The transition will be performed within the Normal eSeller Cloud Maintenance window with two additional backup maintenance windows in reserve.

No changes are needed on your behalf unless you have opened ports specifically towards our existing IP addresses. - If you have made such openings (which really shouldn't be done) support will be able to help you.

The Normal eSeller Cloud Maintenance window is: Every Friday at 01:00 - 04:00 (UTC)
Additional planed service windows are: October 7,8,9 2016 01:00 - 04:00 (UTC) and October 14,15,16 2016 01:00 - 04:00 (UTC)

We do not plan nor expect to use all the maintenance windows but prefer to have extra time on hand if needed.
